Terms of 'As-Is' Sale: All item(s) listed are sold "as-is". There is no warranty either implied or otherwise. Rigging, shipping, pickup and delivery is at the expense and risk of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for inspection of all items prior to purchase. All sales are final.

Delivery Terms: FREE curb deliveries for pre-paid purchases over $1,000 within a 40 mile radius from Hayward, California. Exceptions: The safe. Buyer is responsible for unloading delivery truck. Delivery is FOB Hayward.

Shipping: We can ship UPS, US Postal Service, FedEx and Yellow Transporation readily. Buyer pays all shipping costs. If you need a different shipper let us know, we are happy to work with you.

Payment Terms: Cash, (PayPal payments are made out to vanter@earthlink.net), money order, or certified check. Personal and company checks are subject to major hoops.

Restrictions on Buying: Outstanding accounts must be brought current prior to buying new items. Loaned equipment (either with permission or you have it and still haven't come clean on it) must be returned or paid for prior to purchasing new items.

Pricing - so how did you get the values for 'current' prices? Serfing on the web for the cheapest price or calling around to local vendors (assuming same quality and same manufacturer). Otherwise the manufacturers from whom the items were originally purchased.
